Your case may not be one in which I have an interest. If you have an uncontested divorce, I will be happy to refer you to another attorney in our offices who may be more appropriate for your case. However, if you are:

2. Enforcing an antenuptial agreement
3. The owner of a family business
4. The spouse of a family business owner
5. A professional engaged in a professional practice
6. The spouse of a professional
7. The owner of non marital property
8. Believe your spouse may own non marital property, but do not have
   specific information about the nature or value of the non marital property
9. Have a complex estate
10. Have unusual monthly income
11. Have a spouse with unusual monthly income
12. Have a highly contentious custody case

then you will wish to consult with me.

My interest is in assisting clients who have a complex and highly conflicted case. If these issues do not apply to you, I will, again, be happy to meet with you and refer you to another attorney in our offices, but I will most likely charge more than you are willing to or need to pay.

My hourly rate varies with the complexity of the case. My base hourly rate is $200.00 per hour. I will require a retainer to be paid which assures my ability to collect my fee and pay the experts necessary for your case. I will withdraw from representation if you do not meet your financial obligation to my office.
